Brian Wicklund is widely regarded as one of the top fiddle teachers in the country. He shares his knowledge in this DVD lesson for beginning fiddle players, which is a supplement to his critically acclaimed American Fiddle Method Volume 1. Brian guides you through the basic skills of learning the fiddle and shares his pointers and shortcuts to help you learn faster and more efficiently. In order to include as much material as possible, each tune is played once followed by a few tips. This DVD includes nearly 2 hours of material, which is roughly equivalent to four to eight months of private lessons.

Brian Wicklund is widely regarded as one of the top fiddle teachers in the country. He is a sought after instructor for fiddle camps and fiddle workshops Brian is the author of the best selling fiddle books, American Fiddle Method Volume 1 and 2 fiddle books and fiddle video DVDs published by Mel Bay. Spin-offs from the initial books for fiddle include fiddle music for viola, fiddle music for cello and piano accompaniment books. He is currently expanding his offerings with the FiddlePal Explore Series with fiddle books on Canadian Fiddle Styles, Texas and Contest Fiddle Styles and Bluegrass Fiddle Styles. Brian is also a co-founder of the online bluegrass instructional website Bluegrass College. 1987-1994 Brian was a member of the band, Stoney Lonesome with whom he toured nationally and internationally, released seven recordings and played on Prairie Home Companion radio show. Since 1995 Brian has played with an array of nationally and internationally tour bands. He was a member of the Ethnic Dance Theater, Judith Edelman Band, Kathy Kallick Band, Lorie Line s Pop Chamber Orchestra, and the Chris Stuart Band. He has been busy as a studio musician and producer laying down fiddle and mandolin tracks on hundreds of projects. His own critically acclaimed recording project Arrival was released in 1998. In 1999 he received the Minnesota State Arts Board Fellowship Grant. In 2005 three good friends Brian Wicklund Ben Winship and Eric Thorin formed Brother Mule acoustic power trio. Their debut release featuring their work on songwriting, fiddle, mandolin and bass won them an Indie Music Award for best Americana CD of 2005. Brian also performs with a band he fronts the Minnesota-based Brian Wicklund and FiddlePals.

We suggest going to Google and searching for the name of the game along with the words "system requirements" to determine if your system is suitable. Ultimately, we are not responsible for software compatibility problems or publisher's errors.
PLATFORM:
Stated within the auction is what platform the game will work on (ie. Windows, Mac, Linux...) This is a generic statement and specific platform versions (ie. XP, Vista...) will have to be researched by the buyer. Games that came out PRIOR to XP or higher will not specifically state they will work on that release, but only because they came out before those versions were made. Many, if not most, will work on XP or higher with a few quick adjustments. We provide instructions with all items purchased on how to do this adjustment using the Program Compatibility Wizard. If we find out that an item will definately not work on a specific version, we will state it. For DOS games, you may need to play it with a free DOSbox program if the Program Compatibility Wizard does not work.
64-Bit Windows OS Systems:
For 64-bit Operating Systems, older games most likely will NOT work due to 64-bit systems not being able to run 16-bit programming code (most games prior to 2000). For DOS games, you may need to play it with a free DOSbox program.
Macintosh Systems:
For Macintosh programs, most older games will need to be run in Classic Environment if you have a MAC OS X 10.0 - 10.4 version. Please research Google on how to do this, or send us a message for information prior to purchasing. If your MAC OS system doesn't support Classic Environment (ie. MAC OS X 10.5 or Higher OR Intel Macs), you will have to try running it using the free program called SheepShaver, but compatibility is not ensured. Please research prior to purchasing or ask questions.
