Super Bible Kids
Each program of the Super Bible Kids Series is called a program module because it is a fully-functional program in itself.
Bible ABC1
The Bible ABC1 module teaches children the alphabet through three group of pictures: Bible objects and characters, animals, and common objects. Using the mouse or keyboard, the child selects a letter from the alphabet that he or she wants. A realistic voice will say the selected letter, followed by four consecutive pictures with their respective word(s) and pronounciation. After the four pictures have been displayed, a Bible song will play. The child can then select another letter for a new group of pictures. The Bible song will be different for each new selection from the alphabet.
An additional feature of the program module allows the child to select the pictures on the screen to display written information about the pictures. All sounds in the program is played through the sound card for realistic voices. Children will learn to use the mouse and keyboard while playing the games.
Bible 123
The Bible 123 module teaches children numbers (1 - 10 initially) through colorful pictures, sound, and music. Again, three group of pictures are included: Bible objects and characters, animals, and common objects. Using the mouse or keyboard, the child selects a number. The correct number of pictures (biblical, animal or objects) corresponding to the selected number will be displayed on the screen. A realistic voice will say the number and the words corresponding to the displayed pictures. All the pictures will be the same so that the child can count the number of pictures on screen to learn the number. A Bible song will play after all the pictures have been displayed.
The program module will also allow the child to select the pictures on the screen to display written information about the pictures. (A text box will come up on the screen to briefly explain what the picture is.) All sounds in the program is played through the sound card for realistic voices. Children will learn to use the mouse and keyboard while playing the games.
Bible Animals
The Bible Animals module teaches children about the story of Noah's ark, which is recorded in the Bible (Genesis 6 & 7). The animal pictures used in this program are taken and modified from the Bible ABC1 module. Animals, birds, and food are the three main picture groups in this game module.
When the program is first loaded, a picture of an ark will be displayed along with selection buttons. The child selects the picture group he or she wants to see by clicking at the buttons. After several seconds, 10 pictures will be displayed on the screen. Using the mouse, the child then selects a picture that he or she wants to load onto the ark. By clicking again at the ark or by dragging the mouse, the selected picture will be moved to the ark. The child can move part or all of the pictures in the same picture group. The child can also display information of any animal in the picture group by clicking at the picture using the RIGHT mouse button. After loading the pictures into the ark, the child then selects the "Go Noah" button which will start the music, replace the background picture, and display the short story of Noah's ark. The game will start from the beginning when the child selects another picture group. All sounds in the program is played through the sound card for realistic voices. Children will learn to use the mouse and keyboard while playing the games.
Bible Music
The Bible Music module teaches children music and singing, as well as the Bible, through popular children Bible songs. There are initially 25 Bible songs for the children to select.
When the program is first loaded, a picture of the music scale and a list box which contains all the available Bible songs, will be displayed. Using the mouse, the child scrolls through the list box to select the song he/she wants to play. By single or double clicking at the song, the words of the song will be displayed on the screen. Smiling faces indicate the relative positions of the notes for the music. After all the words and smiling faces have been displayed, the child can then select the "Play Music" button to start the music for the selected song. The child can repeat the song as many times as he or she wants. The child can select a new song by selecting the "New Song" button.
A Bible verse for each song will also be displayed after the completion of the music. Children and adults are encouraged to READ THEM ALOUD to learn about the verse. The Bible verse will match closely the message of the selected song. All sounds in the program is played through the sound card for realistic voices. Children will learn to use the mouse and keyboard while playing the games.

WHAT YOU GET:
This item is for the original media, and includes only the media (ie. CD, floppy ...) UNLESS specifically stated above and/or in the title. If more than just the media is included, it will state which items are (ie. box, manual, etc ). Items that come in a sleeve refer to a generic CD sleeve (typically white) and will be sent with shipping protection to avoid damage during transit. If available, we will also send the front and/or back CD inserts if in stock. If these are important to you, please message us to verify we have them available to send. Please do not assume items are included other than what's stated. Again, ask questions PRIOR to purchasing if you have any concerns.
IMAGES:
All images/pictures are stock photos and are for reference only, mainly to show the type of game you will be getting. Please read "WHAT YOU GET" for what is included with the media. Screenshots may vary based on your own computer system, video card, monitor, etc.
COMPATIBILITY:
Computers are like people, each one is different. Unlike console games, a computer game may install and work flawlessly on one system but may need adjustments on another. This is due to a variety of factors, mainly the OS platform running, video card you have, drivers, protection software installed, etc. Many times manufacturers release updates to games to fix bugs and add enhancements. We would be happy to help get the game going on your computer, but ultimately compatibility issues are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest going to Google and searching for the name of the game along with the words "system requirements" to determine if your system is suitable. Ultimately, we are not responsible for software compatibility problems or publisher's errors.
PLATFORM:
Stated within the auction is what platform the game will work on (ie. Windows, Mac, Linux...) This is a generic statement and specific platform versions (ie. XP, Vista...) will have to be researched by the buyer. Games that came out PRIOR to XP or higher will not specifically state they will work on that release, but only because they came out before those versions were made. Many, if not most, will work on XP or higher with a few quick adjustments. We provide instructions with all items purchased on how to do this adjustment using the Program Compatibility Wizard. If we find out that an item will definately not work on a specific version, we will state it. For DOS games, you may need to play it with a free DOSbox program if the Program Compatibility Wizard does not work.
64-Bit Windows OS Systems:
For 64-bit Operating Systems, older games most likely will NOT work due to 64-bit systems not being able to run 16-bit programming code (most games prior to 2000). For DOS games, you may need to play it with a free DOSbox program.
Macintosh Systems:
For Macintosh programs, most older games will need to be run in Classic Environment if you have a MAC OS X 10.0 - 10.4 version. Please research Google on how to do this, or send us a message for information prior to purchasing. If your MAC OS system doesn't support Classic Environment (ie. MAC OS X 10.5 or Higher OR Intel Macs), you will have to try running it using the free program called SheepShaver, but compatibility is not ensured. Please research prior to purchasing or ask questions.
MEDIA FORMAT:
Please verify you have the required hardware in order to use the specified media (ie. CD, DVD, floppy drives, etc.) If the item comes as a floppy disc, make sure you have either the needed 3.5" floppy drive or the bigger and older 5.25" floppy drive.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A SMOOTH PURCHASE:
Ask questions PRIOR to purchasing an order to avoid any confusion.
Be patient if there are problems during installation or gameplay. Typically someone else has
already ran into that problem and has listed a solution online. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
Be sure to update your video card drivers and search for updates to the game from the manufacturer.
