Meanwhile, the player must face off against antagonists such as the health care provider Universal Health Systems and entertainment corporation Big Media, who are suppressing the cure, as well as right-wing fundamentalists known as the Pilgrims. Helping the Smart Patrol are the scientists Sun Wang Pin and Dr. Byrthfood, as well as General Boy and his son Booji Boy.
The game has since been on lists of the weirdest video games based on musicians.
